Half-Moon Outfitters, of Charleston, SC is set to begin renovation of their new South Charleston location. This location will be the second environmental renovation the retailer has initiated. Half-Moon set the precedent last year, opening the State’s first Platinum LEED Certified building, and since has committed to using as strict environmental guidelines as possible for any new store they open.

Owner Beezer Molten said of this project, “We can’t ask a landlord to meet all of the efficiencies we met with the distribution center in North Charleston, but the owner of the building has been extremely reasonable and understanding about our vision and desire to be environmentally sensitive.”

The new location, will begin renovations this spring, and the Flagship should open it’s doors in June.
